As I mentioned before two weeks ago, the Universe of Dragon Ball has twelve different universes. You know, until they add some more for some reason. Not all of them are going to fight in this tournament. Instead, there is a mortal level benchmark that is played up to. In this tournament are Universes 2,3,4,6, 7, 9,10, None of them made the cut from a mortal level perspective.

In a secluded place in the mountains, Gohan and Piccolo are training, where Piccolo tells Gohan that he is aware of the Tournament of Power and about the universe being erased should they lose. Vegeta is surprised that Zeno really followed through with the extreme stipulation, and Goku earnestly points out that this is the second universal survival saga they witnessed an entire universe being erased the first being when Future Zeno erased Future Trunks' timeline. However, Gohan steps in and prevents Tien from successfully attacking Piccolo, universal survival saga, and Piccolo now unleashes a powerful energy wave from out of his entire body.
