Got my hair done at the salon with Laila. Long review, I know. I made an appointment with Danielle, and I was having a very hard month with issues of my hair falling out, and I already felt upset and sad. I dyed my hair, and something went wrong, and my hair clumped up so bad that I was not able to detangle it. I had to add this awful experience that I caused. I went in humiliated and wearing a hat to cover up my mistake and broke down explaining what happened and what I was going through to Danielle.
