Our daughter came home a few weeks ago with a school project to Disguise a Turkey. We were given an instruction sheet and a blank turkey to decorate. The idea is to help keep the turkey safe through Thanksgiving by dressing it up as something other than a turkey. Not too surprisingly, our daughter chose to dress hers up as Elsa! This was a first and the two of us had fun bringing her idea to life. We used scrapbooking supplies I had on hand to create the turkey disguise sometimes my hoarding pays off!
