Under the general direction of the designated supervisor, provides customer service and administrative support. This position focuses on providing services, information, and assistance to the public. Performs intermediate administrative support work performing a variety of office assistance and administrative tasks; does related work as required. This is primarily sedentary work, occasionally requiring movement about the facility, requiring the exertion of up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
