I've never seen a pre approval for them. They are a synchrony bank card. I've worked retail for 16 years. Not a huge fan. The rewards aren't great and they get a bit fee happy. But I guess it's ok if you pay it in full every month. I have never seen a pre-qual for those, you seem to not like the cards, is there any reason you want them?
