By supplying vehicle parts through a specialist, dedicated website the key advantages to tipper operators seemed obvious — the easiest possible parts ordering, next-day delivery and the best possible value for money. Demonstrating its success with hauliers, the number of parts lines now being handled by eParts has risen from less than 1, at the outset to more than 6, today. Parts sales in the early days focused mainly on smaller, purely tipper-related components, such as seals for hydraulic rams, pumps, PTOs and motors for sheets. Today, eParts supplies everything from bodyprops, wacker carriers and lighting accessories to crane components, camera systems and Hazchem spill kits.
