This wood type did not engrave properly and details were not as crisp as I designed them to be. They all vary in terms of how they were engraved, so only one is pictured but the results will vary on each. All feature the same double pin backs. This listing is for a 2" tall by 2. While this is supposed to waterproof and protect the charm, I would not recommend submerging it in water. I cut all the acrylic and wood myself, at home, with a hobby laser. Thancred is often considered the standard as far as Final Fantasy men are concerned. Like many Final Fantasy males, such as Noctis, Snow, and Vincent, he is no stranger to the affections of his plentiful admirers. But when it comes to the origins of Thancred, how he relates to the Warrior of Light, and how to use him in your Trust, things can get a little confusing. He made his own way with a group of petty thieves by pickpocketing. One day, he attempted to steal from Louisoix Leveilleur, and that was the day his life changed. Louisoix Leveilleur is the grandfather of two other prominent characters , Alphinaud and Alisaie.

Thancred was raised in Limsa Lominsa 's back alleys and spent his teenage years stealing purses with a group of small-time criminals. He set out after an Elezen who was visiting the marine city state to research aether one day, having no idea that man was Louisoix Leveilleur. As soon as the youngster got close, the Archon sent him hurtling onto the cobblestones. Thancred was sure he would be thrown onto one of the city-state's prisons after being caught red-handed, but Louisoix gave him a choice instead: use his gods-given agility to help his fellows. So the Midlander returned to Sharlayan with the Archon , where he started learning survival and information gathering skills. He advanced to the status of expert in both, then as an Archon, and eventually a member of the Circle of Knowing. Thancred, who is thirty-two years old, considers himself to be shrewd when it comes to the fairer sex, even though the ladies would beg to differ. A nutkin, who has rescued the Archon from multiple awkward circumstances, is his boon companion.

It turns out Final Fantasy 14's new Island Sanctuary is chock full of meme references, including one particularly suspicious shoebill. For one, Minion Thancred has some pretty neat dialogue in the new Island Sanctuary.
