We had dined at the restaurant many times and also had their food at many friends events such as weddings. We spoke with Jay, Archana and Shelly as to what we wanted at the four events we were having. We had to cater for vegetarian, vegan and meat eaters. The event was also an outdoor garden event and so they needed to set up a kitchen and also bring a tandoor for all events. Archana and Shelly helped us with the menu and created some wonderful appetizers and main dishes according to what we wanted and with great suggestions that we had not even thought of.
