Not even after 2 months one of the Diamonds just randomly fell out and then we started to notice on closer inspection that some of the clasps holding the rest of the diamonds in we're starting to bend this is clearly poor workmanship, upon contact to the Diamond store they told me to return the item for an inspection at my own cost they then proceeded to tell me that because I'd had links taken out, it's voided the warranty!!!!! Then tried telling me that they would send me a brand new one if I paid pound bearing in mind I'd already paid pound for the bracelet I'd even made the offer for them to take out the one of diamonds sent in the links just to replace it and to address the poor workmanship with the rest of the clasps that was bending and falling apart, they claim to be high quality jewellery, jewellery doesn't Fall Apart after two months, I will never be using this company again and I would strongly suggest that no one else does I highly doubt I will receive a refund from these people and I'll probably end up having to pay the postage myself to get my broken bracelet back so I will end up just being left with a shoddy poor craftsmanship bracelet that definitely wasn't worth pound , I will now seek to take them to a small courts claim, and I will also be reporting them to Trading Standards, I would also like to add to this review if you look at other reviews on Trust pilot about this company it seems if you even buy something from them and you have any issues with them i. I am a little sceptical tho buying such a luxury item online. Could this be to good to be true? They have won a few awards and the online chat was very helpful. I'm just a little sceptical? I looked online and came across the diamond store. Good luck guys, and i csnt stress enough to avoid!!!! This is what I'm fearing. Funny how all the reviews on Feefo are all sunshine and flowers and I can't leave a review. Absolute joke of a company. The repair that never happened as we opted for a different ring altogether!! Rather than sending a brand new ring, it appears the jeweller has just tried to shift the diamonds about, meaning there were more gaps in the diamonds than before! I had them return the ring for an independent assessment. Hmmmm quality ring then! I simply do not know how he or any of his employees can sleep at night. I contacted the Diamond store and sent photos, they asked me to send it back so their expert jeweller can inspect it, after 14 days I was informed that the ring was misshapen due to my wife putting pressure on it without realising whilst shutting doors etc?! This would take another weeks after already having it 10 days to review it When I got the ring back two of the diamonds were not set correctly and looked dull. I'm sure the company do not give a stuff as they are experienced in dealing with disappointed customers and are rude people.
