You will want to manoeuvre the boat so that it backs up on to the big bridge. By doing this, you'll be able to drive the car straight off of the boat and into the van when you're ready. There is a metal sheet on the back of the boat which you can drag to form a ramp if you break too much of the boat or bridge. Head to the warehouse on the far right of the map where there is an optional objective as well. The car is on a truck inside the warehouse. Drive this carefully back to the start of the mission, and then turn around so that the back of the truck lines up with the back of the escape van.
