The big standout performer in this package set is the driver. It felt and performed like one of the premium models. The latest and greatest club technology is just too complicated today for many average and new golfers, and too expensive. I strongly recommend these clubs for anyone upgrading there set. I bought these clubs to replace my first set of clubs I got off Craigslist. They have performed great and the height customization is extremely helpful. Thank you Stix.
Stix golf gear review
Stix Golf aims to bridge the gap between low quality box sets and expensive, a la carte clubs. Really nice iron set. Durable finish. Very good bag. Getting started in golf is a tough proposition. Stix Golf is trying to create a third way with sets of clubs that are more affordable than the name brands but higher quality than your average box set. I tested their Complete Set to see what kind of value it delivers to the new or budget-conscious golfer. The first thing that struck me when I unboxed the Stix Golf Complete Set is the high quality of the golf bag. Its legs pop out swiftly and provide a strong base. The zippers operate smoothly, and the materials feel sturdy enough to last many seasons. This stand bag has backpack straps, five zippered pockets, and a water bottle sleeve. It has a five-way top with three full length dividers.
Their blade length is also similar, but the shape is a more exaggerated teardrop. I added 30 yards to my drive alone.

It was a bummer, but golf is expensive — and not exactly accessible in NYC for someone without a car. So I just lived with it — or rather, without it. A few months ago, however, I was invited on an Adidas golf trip in Whistler, British Columbia, and decided it would be the absolute best way to spend the better part of a week in late September.

The Stix driver is built for that new golfer , not for me. I see people noting they wish the finish was better because of marks on face or bottoms getting scuffed up. Stix set out to fill that market. As you found this article useful Then my first iron shot with Stix? With the exception of the small blemish near the toe, they look great. Being a good son-in law he told me it was luck so I gave him a rematch , then another, then another each time my score got lower and the last 18 we played I shot an At first, this sounded too good to be true. The good news is they make it very easy to find the right clubs for you. The stiff shaft on the club, as is the case with all of the clubs, feels very nice — and honestly is more stiff than I expected it to be. No votes so far!

Asked for an exchange and am waiting till they arrive so I can measure them against one another. STIX are a good option for beginners. Overall, the bag looks good and is better than I expected. He prides himself on only writing about products and courses he's experienced first hand, and helping others find exactly what they need to enhance their enjoyment of the game we all love so much. I hit one more to see if it was a fluke. The good news is they make it very easy to find the right clubs for you. Stix for golf clubs. Although lately my Callaway has been costing me penalty strokes a round, and the Stix driver has greatly reduced this — so perhaps I need to get on board! Love the 5 wood club. Let start by saying I am a true beginner at Golf. Because in most cases I gravitated to either the 5 wood or 5 iron which are both excellent. Not all pitching wedges or iron lofts are the same. They also feel much more premium than I expected them to. Notify me of follow-up comments by email. When Stix first launched they only came in a matte black, which is their signature look.
