We went through the drive-thru, and although it took a little extra time, the food was delicious, piping hot, and we appreciated the hardworking staff. The line in the drive-thru was long so we did wait a fair bit, maybe 20 minutes after ordering.

After seeing the last review me and a friend said let's go and see what we think. When we first arrived we were both surprised by there being no cashiers and no servers. Once we saw that you place your order on the kiosks it became more of a fun experience and then when our food was ready they called out our order number. I had a large order of onion rings, a steakburger with lettuce, onions and tomatoes a soft drink and a peanut butter chocolate shake. The food was fresh and delicious. We also took note of staff member cleaning the tables and dining room who was also very friendly. I had not ate at a Steak and Shake for decades and will be returning here again.
