I'm a landlord whose proport was managed by them, and they did not keep up maintenance, lost my keys and didn't bother returning them, monthly reports were untimely and mostly nonexistent, and possibly forged so they could keep more profits. The day they moved out they took my furniture and whitegoods, damaged the lift so apartment body corp charged me for the damages and they did not take any responsibilities.
