The company begin to change for the worst around They began to hire anyone and the opportunity to grow was dependent upon "who you know" versus "what you know". The pay isn't the best compared to other similar roles. The flexibility and not having to feel micromanaged. The k matching program, retirement plan, and being vested in the company after 5 yrs. Worked there over 25 years prior to being laid off.
