Over on Reddit , we've seen multiple people describe a bug that relates to "The Den" station and swapping your ship while you're there. The post is now warning others to "NOT board enemy ships to capture them and bring them back to port to sell", as the result is that your ship can become invisible and certain other features can go missing too. Kill everyone on board. Sit in the pilot's seat. Fly to The Den station in the Wolf system because pirate ships tend to have contraband on them, so you don't want to go to a major planet.
