My first blind playthrough starbuster core was roughly 4 hours long learning the basic gameplay mechanics, how mods worked, how to interact with NPCs, and boss patterns.

Watch yourself. Astrum Aureus is a Hardmode boss. Defeating it causes an Astral Infection meteor to fall somewhere in the world. Astrum Aureus does not spawn on its own and must be summoned using the Astral Chunk in the Astral Infection biome. When first summoned, Astrum Aureus will be in its recharging phase, indicated by the lack of astral flames.
