Wish I could leave a better review but this company has taken my money and left me high and dry. About a year ago I paid for them to come fix my refrigerator that was not cooling properly. They came and diagnosed the problem incorrectly to which i paid the service charge and money down on the part they had to order which was supposed to take a week to get in. After 2 weeks of no communication i called and they said they still had not gotten the part, a process which repeated every few weeks until they just gave up on it altogether, kept my money and cost me hundreds of dollars in spoiled food. After about 6 months i had to hire someone else who fixed it promptly and much cheaper than not only what i was quoted here but what I already had down paid on the repair that never happened. Prompt, courteous service, very satisfied! First hardware store I went to as a kid. Where I was greeted by someone Everytime.
