Sure wish he was taking new patients in his family practise. Ron is an amazing doctor! He always takes the time to listen and truly make me feel like my family and I are well taken care of. I have always preferred going to spall medical because the staff was always so great as well as the doctors. But my past phone call with one of the receptionist has changed my opinion completely. I missed a call about my daughters swab results so called back quickly. She asked me who the doctor was that left the message. I said sorry I missed his name. She then proceeded to talk to me like a child telling me "maybe you should actually listen to your messages next time". I will never go back.
