Hi - my sonos connect amp has been working fine but is no longer responding or showing in my system. It has a flashing white light and when I connected it to Ethernet has a green light and a similarly flashing amber light on the Ethernet port.

My sonos sub, after working perfectly for over a year, started flashing a white light. I reset it, got the flashing green light, the sub connected to the wi-fi and I was able to have it appear on the app in the room where it belongs. However, it would not connect to the surround sound. Eventually the Sonos app picked it up successfully. All my other Sonos products subsequently disappeared from the app as my registered devices. I left it 5 mins then the Sonos app prompt me to disconnect power from the connect, which I did , I then reattach to power whilst still connected to Ethernet and the app indicated it was continuing with the update and setup process. I subsequently had to rename it, as if from new.
