Deathstroke is a supervillain appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. In his comic book appearances, Slade Wilson is depicted as an elite operative in the U. Army who gains enhanced physical and mental abilities from an experimental super-soldier serum and becomes the ruthless mercenary Deathstroke.
