Below is a guide to each of the Typhon Log locations. As you go into the main building, you should see two flights of stairs before the battle area, which will take you to the second floor. The third and final Atlas HQ Typhon Log location can be found in the Lobby of Self-Actualization, where you have to defend off the various waves of enemies. You should see a courtyard with a bunch of turrets on the second floor balcony. The balconies are split left and right, you want to go right. The first Meridian Metroplex Typhon Log location can be found in a grassy patch under a bridge containing Maliwan containers. Jump over the container and keep going along the ledge. Slide under the tube blocking your way and you should see the Meridian Metroplex Typhon Dead Drop in front of you. Hop in and ride to the next level, then take the second set of stairs that you pass it should be on your right. Go up one set of stairs and then look left and you should see a small sheet metal gutter guard looking thing. It is fairly close to the first location and will be easy to spot. Again, this one is pretty simple. Set a marker for the location on the map above and drive a vehicle to the bridge. As you get close to the marker, you should see a bridge. Head into the elevator that took you into the bunker, and ride it up to the second floor.

Go inside, up the two sets of stairs, and into the big room full of lootables and desks. On the far North wall, to the left of two lockers, is the terminal with the first log. Progress normally through the level until you come to the area where you run along the long series of pipes and platform along the cliffside.
