If you make a bad hybrid things can get a bit messy but if done correctly you should have no problems. The problem is I am not sure you can do it on the second transformation as I never actually became a Werewolf a second time myself and it may not have the same workings that cause the hybrid to occur. To do the Hybrid you have to activate the Vampire Lord form just before using the prompt to drink the Werewolf blood. It's best to press the power button and the prompt button at the same time but try and press the power button a tiny bit before for best results. If done correctly you should appear as a Werewolf and then burst into vampire Lord Form. You then need to revert form and get Serana to turn you into a Vampire Lord again as she should have this option as the game thinks your only a Werewolf.

Werewolves simply do not have this problem and are free to roam around with reckless abandon.
