Stuck in third person mode, can only look up and down, can't move in any direction, when I change my weapon the arms stay in place and it stays on my back, but the character does the animation, can jump then the character "falls" for about 4 seconds, and lands , can crouch, can use shouts, can't use magic. Tried tcl and tgm, going in and out of black books, shouting whirlwind sprint, crouching and rolling. Don't have saves from before getting stuck.
