It is noted by several NPCs within Rorikstead that the town rarely ever has a bad harvest, and this leads some players to believe that Rorikstead is on top of very fertile soil that is good for growing crops. The player can observe common dragon attacks in Rorikstead if they stay around the area for a while, and this is mostly because there are no walls protecting the town, and it is a prime target for a ferocious dragon to attack.
