Ri'saad is a Khajiit roving merchant who can be found traveling between Whiterun and Markarth. He is an experienced traveling merchant, having visited Skyrim on many earlier occasions. According to Ma'dran , it was Ri'saad's idea to come to Skyrim during the Civil War , as he saw great opportunity where others saw danger. He claims to not be welcome in Elsweyr or Cyrodiil most likely due to his Moon Sugar dealings. I've played Skyrim for several hundred hours on my current character. During that time, Ri'saad went missing, presumably dead. The rest of his caravan NPCs continued to roam about without him, and when at their Whiterun trading location, they would never set up camp, but stood around exchanging their scripted dialogue instead. However, since joining the Thieves Guild, Ri'saad has respawned and his caravan now behaves normally. I presume he's been resurrected as he is required for one of the TG quests. Either he's been dead and resurrected as happens to some Companions NPCs or the game glitched and simply failed to spawn him, and joining the TG sorted the glitch out. Evil-i talk , 7 October GMT. As of completing Diplomatic Immunity, and helping Malborn get out alive, I was surprised to find a similar if not identical situation to the previous post, however since I had a save before the "bug" occured I could ascertain down to the exact quest that caused it and why. Immediately following my escape from Reeking Cave the second time through after discovering the "bug". I immediately fast traveled to Windhelm as per the note in the subsequent article and saw that, somehow Ri'saad and his entire entourage had joined with the caravan of Ma'dran's which I didn't understand until reading the "Find The Thalmor Assassin" sidequest of Malborn's. There is apparently a unique line of dialogue Ri'saad provides to point out the assassin.
I talked to all the other Khajiit traders BUT ri'saad and they had nothing to say about the assassin.

Saints and Seducers is a Skyrim Creation that has just been made freely available to all owners of the Special Edition. Once the Khajiit has been located, players should speak with him and inquire about the trouble that he has been encountering along the road. Those objectives instruct players to locate the Saints bandit camp and the Seducers bandit camp, and players should follow the in-game waypoints to continue their progress through the Saints and Seducers questline. To note, there are a couple of items that fans should make sure to loot while they are visiting the preliminary Saints and Seducers camps. More specifically, players should be certain to grab the Notes on the Blacksmith from the body of the Saints Bandit Leader as well as the Bandit's Note on Hidden Treasure from a bag at the Seducer camp. Both of these items give Skyrim fans access to optional Saints and Seducers quests, one of which unlocks Golden and Dark smithing when completed. Furthermore, there are keys to be found in the chests at the first Saints camp and the first Seducers camp, which can be used to open the cages that are housed in those camps. While it is certainly possible to complete the Saints and Seducers quest in Skyrim without ever uncaging these Nymphs, their existence is noteworthy nonetheless.
