Only Windhelm Ice and Snow mod series can make skyrim nordic snow well with it. Should me more universal as it could be, skyrim nordic snow. It makes snow over mountains too bright and not makes full retexture to full snow stuff. And cause of it you have some overbright snow in greay snow places or vice versa.

This resulted in a population boom of the Atmorans in Skyrim. Harsh weather and civil war ensured more Atmorans coming to Mereth. Thus, the first major settlement was built - Saarthal. It is believed that the Atmorans' fast reproduction rate posed a demographic threat to the Snow Elves in Skyrim, and this was one cause of the Snow Elves' genocidal campaign against Men. Another theory is that Atmoran settlers had found an unimaginably powerful artifact - the Eye of Magnus , that was said to be buried somewhere in Skyrim.

Upon discovering the remains of Malrus in Silent Moons Camp , follow the instructions in his journal to unseal the vault near his corpse by activating three shrines around Skyrim. Seek out the Runestone southeast of Dragon Bridge. It is right next to Forebears' Holdout that is visited during the Dawnguard questline. Seek out the Shrine in the mountains overlooking Riverwood. Return to Silent Moons Camp where the vault in the floor should now be unlocked, revealing the codex.
