I just got finished killing some hired thugs who had a contract from Moira, and I have never seen her, nor started the quest, "A Night to Remember". Is this just a bug or something? So if Moira is a Vengful Hagraven, why doesnt she send forsworn assassins insead of hired thugs? A bunch of cave dwelling barbarian druids, coming forth from the mist of fore-shadowing to remind you not to mess with the Old Gods, or their people? She has no money guys.

Moira is a hagraven who lives in Witchmist Grove , located directly south of Windhelm and Kynesgrove. Upon talking to Ysolda as part of the quest, the Dragonborn will find out that a marriage proposal was made to a woman they met while intoxicated. After seeking the woman out, Moira turns out to be a Hagraven, and says that she is waiting to consummate the promised marriage. When asked to return the wedding ring , she becomes hostile, claiming that the Dragonborn wishes to give the ring to "that hussy Esmerelda with the dark feathers," adding that she will not let Esmerelda have them. Backing out of conversation with Moira will also lead to her mentioning Esmerelda and becoming hostile. You fell for that hussy Esmerelda, with the dark feathers - didn't you? Im just glad they came right after I killed the first dragon at Westwatch Tower. Irileth and the guards handled them quite alright! Same bro. I just got done at whiterun because I'm on my new account and the people tried to kill me. I got this good blade and got em instantly.
