The hot and sour soup was pretty good. July Consistently great food here, and the only place I've ever seen Panang Curry, which is absolutely delicious and a nice change-up from my usual go-to of Green Curry. At one point, we tried a different Thai place in Springdale because it was closer to our house, and it paled in comparison to Silk Road; this place is worth the longer drive. It was quite unpleasant. They don't have chili garlic sauce. The spring rolls were fairly mediocre but the peanut sauce was great. The best part is their fried rice.
