Justbecause they are a few cents cheaper they are still jerking customers around. I think its right now in Toronto. One of the mechanics jumped in and we went for a ride. Yet we can see the refineries right from Sherwood Park, in the County of Strathcona. Id only they had diesel. No Diesel advertized. Big OIL has always countered with the fact that competition drives the price.
