Ask around and all hands point to Shadab, unquestionable the best place to explore authentic Hyderabadi cuisine. They have managed to preserve the old world charm of Hyderabad, with a small stall selling the famous Osmania biscuits and Irani chai on the ground floor.

Decided to descend upon this place during our short trip to Hyderabad. Landed at around Saw a ground floor already full packed. The first floor was very different — right from the staircase, there was a polished wood look as u walk up the stairs etc. The floor was air-conditioned but surely there were not as many ACs needed for that large room. Hence huge pedestal fans were added to cool the place. The lighting was intended to be dim but turned out to be a bit too dark. Ambience is surely not the forte here but the attempt has been good. Its Biryani is much better than the famed Paradise. They were however nice in their own way. We went to this place to have mutton biryani hyderabadi style. The idea was also to try some other Hyderabadi dish. Answer was Boti Kabab.

Hotel Shadab is a really nice and cozy place in South Hyderabad with beautiful and homely interiors and a modern touch to them. This place is thronged for it's extremely delicious food offerings, the most famous of which are North Indian, Mughali, Chinese and Hyderabadi. It is a nice and decent place on High Court Road with a really hardworking and cheerful staff. They offer Home Delivery service too. Parking is also available here by the restaurant.
