I fly with China Airlines often for work to date at least 5 times and I'd rate it a peg below Cathay Pacific. I am tall. All seats on this aircraft are equipped with seatback TVs that feature On Demand content. To make matters worse there's very little leg room I'm 5'11" and the arm rests don't fold, so you can't lay 2 across if you're next to an empty seat. I'm currently sitting in this seat. Some passengers have reported that this seat can feel congested and has reduced legroom.
