On another we were going on about gun bans, etc. I posted a pic of my rifle "scaried up", then decided, why not? Sort by Oldest first Oldest first Newest first Most reactions. Before I make the first cut I loaded in some pics to see how I should place the grip and what I need to cut and fill in with Bondo. I think this is going to be the result. Cutting off the curved grip and go forward to the trigger guard. Buil up the top of the stock with Bondo, sand and paint. Took a bit of time with having to cut slow, the darn plastic or whatever melts behind the blade. I use a hand hacksaw and then switched to a jigsaw.

Wanted to add that all three companies are top notch to deal with and the DIP mag release was the single best improvement overall.

Trigger and that's about it. They does not make dem der things As if the name change will fix them.! These designs are basically sound at least the 64 is ,except for,of all things the feed system,and on a semi of course that is the ball game.

Upgraded scope, bipod, Cheek riser and 1" slip on buttpad recoil pad to extend LOP. I haven't been able to find much of anything for the model Sign up. I think that one was filed down just a hair too much. Mine's been to the factory 3 times and still won't work, and they say there's nothing wrong with it. It's stayed there for about 5 years now.

For what it's worth I had considered refitting a Marlin mag to it and I think it could be done. I secured it with a bit of JB weld which 'softened' the contour.
