My colleagues wanted to celebrate my birthday with me and I recommended Shabu Sai, so here we are again. You can choose 2 soup bases and we chose Tonkotsu and Sukiyaki. The Tonkotsu soup base is a rich and flavourful broth made from pork bones, ingredients cooked in it turn out really delicious. Sukiyaki is made form premium-grade Japanese soya sauce, but I personally find the broth too sweet.
