It only goes a couple feet, so it should not be able to be exploited by gamma hacks or anything like that. New players to the game will now be prompted with the option to play a tutorial when joining official servers. There they meet a mysterious stranger who prompts them to do various things around the island ala the mission system in the game. Through these missions players will learn the ropes of gathering, crafting, building, hunting, and the like.
