At first, I compared the show to a mix between Batman and Game of Thrones, but after 90 chapters, I felt the need to re-assess the show. Aguila Roja is a well made television show. Only a few channels in Ibero-America could make a show with this quality regarding technical abilities, not to mention each season averages 13 episodes that run somewhere between 70 and 90 minutes. These are feats not even media giants as Televisa have even dared to achieve, for they focus on formulaic productions that have been reproduced for the last five decades. Over hours of well-made television are worth watching, except for the first weak point.
