Silver Spur II Beautifully presenting Silver Spur II. The twin fine lines to the waist-rails are in a mid-tan. This is a 30, series SZ so it has many upgrades over the cars. This example has travelled a modestly low 55, miles and is a well-maintained example previously owned by a doctor car collector. The body of the car is straight and the paint in excellent condition. It appears to be mostly original and is consistent and very deep in lustre and shine. There are hardly any notable chips, marks and blemishes other than very minor ones here and there but these are few and only show if one looks hard. Otherwise it is very shiny without any fading, dents or dings. Rubbers, mouldings, badges and external fittings are all in excellent condition. The interior of this car is lovely. The Connolly leather shows very nicely remaining soft and supple without any signs of heavy wear. The wood throughout is excellent and can comfortably be described so, showing almost no lacquer cracks, chips or marks other than the front passenger door which has some lines.

The Silver Sour II was only built for 2 years but was a refined example of an already very luxurious car.

The Silver Spur is a long- wheelbase version of the Silver Spirit, produced from to The Silver Spirit was introduced by Rolls-Royce in as the first of a new generation of company models. Sealed beam headlamps were fitted in the United States due to longstanding regulations, while European laws allowed for the fitment of more modern composite units. Suspension design saw the most change, with " Automatic Ride Control " introduced, a fully automatic system that adjusted dampers at all four wheels in real time.
