The company has put its people first and invested in remarkable AI and technology to keep the staff working and equipped from homes all across the country. Benefits packages are robust and time-off policies are generous. I recommend Robert Half for anyone looking for a well-established Staffing agency with a solid reputation. As such, they are able to bring a wealth of relevant opportunities to your doorstep which has a significant amount of value. The flipside is that they are an administratively heavy organization so they generally have to charge more to the client to be able to pay the worker about the same as other recruiting firms. That said, they bring more opportunities to the table, so it is definitely a trade-off.
