I've only flipped through Matty's cookbooks but my partner is a huge fan of his food. I was pleased to book his birthday dinner there. We live just over an hour an a half away and it was absolutely well worth the drive. The atmosphere in there is just the beginning. The food was so incredible I don't think we said a word to each other until we were finished eating. I also think it's important to note that our server Stephannie was incredible. She took amazing care of us and was just super personable. The table next to us had some issues really funny actually, didn't like anchovies and picked a dish with anchovies. I witnessed the most grace an professionalism handling the feedback from the guest about listing ingredients on the menu which they are, obviously.
