We are thrilled to announce the arrival of the new Chef Costantino Pezzuti at the helm of the kitchen at the Diana Grand Hotel. With a rapidly ascending professional journey and an unrestrained passion for culinary art, Chef Pezzuti brings with him a wealth of creativity that promises to astonish and delight our guests. Complex simplicity , concreteness , and a focus on local ingredients form the basis of his culinary philosophy. Chef Pezzuti took his first steps in the kitchen while still a university student he also holds a degree in Economics and has since then moved from one prestigious kitchen to another. One of his early mentors was Chef Danilo Ciavattini of the "Enoteca la Torre" restaurant at Villa Laetitia, now boasting 2 Michelin stars, where he spent three and a half years. Finally, he served as the executive chef at the "Suscettibile Acciaroli" restaurant before leading the brigade at the Diana Gourmet. With Chef Pezzuti and his team, we aim to offer our guests a gastronomic experience that is an exciting journey from the mountains to the sea. Each dish tells a story of innovation and pursuit of perfection.
