Team was fantastic had one of the best wine pairing so just chapeau not to forget to mention that I had such a good lecture while exploring texture and flavour thank you for purely introducing me to the philosophy of Mirazur. The friendly waiter recommended we get the specials of the day - and we enjoyed a delicious fish and aioli! The meat was gorgeous too.
