Lone Worker Protection Solution A fully managed lone worker solution that provides lone workers with the ability to raise alerts, contact an Alarm Receiving Centre ARC and request emergency assistance if required. The Regenda Group went to tender for a new lone worker solution through the CIH framework, of which Totalmobile is a member. Across their workforce, Regenda tested several offerings available in the market. Protect proved to be cost-efficient with outstanding customer care during their trial, with their team noting the ease of use of the personal safety devices to be exceptional. A fully managed service means the organisation requires minimal resources, with Totalmobile undertaking most of the work, ensuring the lone-worker solution operates as effectively as possible.

The wider regeneration plan aims to help local residents access affordable, quality, sustainable homes in Fleetwood. Now planning permission has been granted, a start on site date will be confirmed soon. We are delighted that planning approval has been granted for the redevelopment of Grove Street, Liverpool. Housing association Regenda Homes part of The Regenda Group currently manages social rent properties on the site. These will be replaced with high quality, affordable homes and two commercial units, with all social rent properties replaced. All existing residents have the choice to move back to Grove Street, once new social rent homes are completed. In addition to social rent homes, other tenure types include homes for affordable rent, private rent, outright sale and Rent to Buy. Rent to Buy is a government backed initiative that makes getting onto the property ladder easier, allowing people to save for a deposit while living in a beautiful new build home. We look forward to working with Regenda and our design team partner shedkm to deliver homes that residents can be proud of. New homes will comprise one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and three- and five-bedroom houses. The development will introduce new green space to the area, with extensive cycle storage throughout the scheme.
