Why does nobody ever read these? These are my old thoughts on it. I do know that Roosterteeth confirmed Taiyang as Ruby's Dad, but this theory is focusing on fully explaining the Qrow is Ruby's Dad theories. Why it makes no sense for Taiyang to be her Dad. And figuring out whether Roosterteeth either did this on purpose, or made a mistake. Also, I own none of these images, credit to whomever's it is. Also, this blog exists more to explain to people in total why so many people, including me, think Qrow must be Ruby's Dad.

There are a few things in the RWBY series that don't add up, leading me to believe that Qrow could actually be Ruby's biological father. While it could be to allude to her colors, it could also be because someone likely either Tai or Qrow wanted to hide who her actual father is. At this point we haven't learned too much about them, and more specifically, if there are consequences for deserting them. If there are, hiding the fact that Ruby is Qrow's daughter could be a way to protect her. And as for Yang, Raven returned to the tribe while Qrow didn't , so the same idea wouldn't apply to Yang as Ruby. As a side note, "Bad Luck Charm" says "You don't want the burden of my name. It could have been disasterous for Qrow to raise a child with his semblance.

In his official design, he has graying black, spiky hair, faded red eyes, and slight stubble along his jawline. Along with a red, tattered cloak, he wears a gray dress shirt with a long tail, black dress pants and black dress shoes. In an old picture of him with his former team, Qrow looked exactly the same but lacked stubble. He also wears a ring on his right index finger, two other rings on his right ring finger and a necklace with a crooked cross-shaped pendant. Qrow's bangs are down most of the time, but he sometimes pushes his hair back when fighting.
