Publix bought the leases to five of the Lucky's Market stores in Florida — including Neptune Beach — last year when the specialty grocer declared Chapter 11 bankruptcy , closed and sold off most of its stores nationwide. When Publix completes renovating the former Neptune Beach Lucky's it will feature POURS, a space where customers can sip wine, drink a cold draft beer, indulge in a smoothie or savor a good cup of coffee while shopping. Although not planned as a GreenWise store, the Neptune Beach location still will have the amenity.
