Suicide by weapons is restricted by diffrent law in some countries. There is animation and mod but DeVs cant officialy bring it without steam restrictions. Yeah, I think it would be pretty neat to use firearms for suicide in game. Definitely a less painful way to go then drinking bleach or rat poison which seems to be coming out in build 42 [very cool, can't wait for it to be released]. I don't know about the laws in different countries, but I am led to believe that Steam is okay when it comes to that sort of stuff.

However, seeing how they already have animations ready as pointed out by MadDan and self poisoning, I don't think its unfeasible that in the foreseeable future this feature is to be implemented.

I found a 3rd house with a back window that was unlocked, I hopped in and to my supprise there where 3 Zeds waitign for me, I knew this was a bad idea climbing into a house with the curtians closed.
