I've come here twice and each time I wait more than an hour. My first visit I waited minutes. I'm here and still have not been seen. Services provided can be very good. However, patient time is not valued and patients are routinely disrespected with long waits for appointment services. Being on time and early does not help I have a been a patient here for a little while now, and I would like to say Dr. Z and his staff are probably some of the kindest and caring people I've met.
