Keep in mind you must be above Level 5 to unlock this quest. You can also purchase an additional run through for the quest before this date, which you can learn more about in the sections below. Since this is a special research quest, once it's been unlocked you can complete it at your own pace. Both of these paths, however, result in a Cosmog encounter.
