So they had to go back and new uncorded tracks were ordered. When delivered one of the tracks was too short so it had to go back. When the new track was delivered it was still too short.

Sadly, 3 years after getting my 3 piece suite back from being fully reupholstered at an exceedingy high cost, I have no alternative but to give a 1 star review, and if I could award zero stars I would.

First the good part: the lady who came out to measure up, prepare a quotation and bring fabric samples was delightful and very helpful, professional and patient. From the outset she was very professional and listened to our requirements. My old cushions were not replaced despite being 20 years old and when I queried that I was told new cushions were not included in the price. I would not recommend this company.
