The helmet itself barely seems LEGO, especially with all the fine hair detailing that went into this model. All of the time and parts that went into this creation sure seems to have paid off! In the mean time I'll make due admiring this completely awesome baby Groot by builder Legohaulic. He's loaded with attitude and totally ready to save the galaxy, again. I love the headset portion, using some flexible tubing and clever curves used to construct the speaker areas. The main body of the player is also very clean and is cleverly incorporating the dark blue and light gray. I have only seen one other LEGO version of this player, but this is a bit better in my opinion. Nicely done! Just following the release of the wonderful Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. I'm still fond of the set released along the original film, but this one is undoubtedly more well-fit to minifigure scale, and it's got some lovely shaping on the edges.
