I live in Murray Hill, and the only decent pizza I've found is Patsy's, which is quite overpriced and not a "new york slice". It's a fancy-dance fresh mozzerella thing. Give Totonnos and Firehouse Pizza a shot. I found Totonnos overpriced and the crush tough, and live on the same block as Firehouse so would like to see your take on it.

We took our kids for a quick trip. What a terrible experience! We waited about 25 minutes for the table. They have you place your pizza order while you wait because they take a while. When we got seated we waited another 10 minutes before the server even came by. When they bring the pizza they will serve it to you. So we have to wear masks to talk, but this lady with her bare hands, no hair net, nothing is just serving our pizza onto a plate. The server never once refilled a single drink at our table. Hello, we are so sorry you had a disappointing experience with us and our service. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and we would love to improve your experience with us. We are looking forward to hearing from you and truly appreciate your patience with us. I have only been to Lou Malnati's once Don't listen to silly TV shows.
