I called the Brookhaven PetSmart to see what their hours were for grooming as well as for the store and the phone rang and rang and rang - no answer. Finally, somebody answered and I was able Pet Parents Beware!!!! I'm trembling as I'm writing this review. I trusted PetSmart to groom my 7 lb Toy Poodle and received a phone call from Over the course of 2 years No one is ever available to check you out. Many times I've had to call down the aisles and ask for someone to ring me out. It generally takes another couple of minutes I'm absolutely confused and just flat out annoyed by your grooming service's hours. How on earth do you only groom cats Mondays, Tuesdays.
